100% pure and raw Apis mellifera honey. Originally from the North Altos region of Jalisco, this honey comes mainly from the flowering of the varaduz or varadulce tree (Eysenhardtia polystachya). Liquid texture and semi-sweet flavors, floral, citrus, and herbal notes, it's ideal for enhancing drinks, pairing with wild berries, light to medium-fat cheeses, and cured meats.
