100% pure and raw Apis mellifera honey. Originally from the Yucatán Peninsula, this honey comes mainly from the flowering of the chacá tree (Bursera simaruba). It features deep amber to dark hues, an herbal aroma, and an intense flavor with woody notes. Its texture is liquid with slow crystallization. Perfect for pairing with strong cheeses, fruits such as figs and plums, and red wines.
